Here is my new travel sock. It is Knit Picks Felici yarn in the Alexandrite colorway on my new 2.00 mm Darn Pretty Bubblegum Stripe dpns made by Tom Diak of Grafton Fibers. We met Tom and his wife, Linda, a few years ago when we went to Vermont for a vacation. Tom is an excellent woodworker and Linda is an exquisite dyer. These dpns are 5" long and velvety smooth, not like any of my other dpns. I want to knit these Twisted Stitch Gauntlets. They require two different size dpns and 5" dpns will be better for knitting the fingers. I purchased his set of seven sizes from 2.00 mm through 3.75 mm in 0.25 mm increments (except for 3.00 mm). I am now prepared for the all socks, mittens, and gloves I have in my queue.

those gauntlets sure are purdy... and your needles are gorgeous!

Love the colors of the yarn & the needles look really nice. I always love knitting with dpns especially if they are smooth.
