I've completed the left Annemor #11 glove for my mother. The fingers were a bit challenging as I found the stitch counts to be confusing. I will certainly be better prepared for the right glove. I took Opal's sage advice and went down to 2.25 mm dpns (from 2.75 mm dpns) for the thumb. There are a lot of stitches for the thumb as it has a unique pattern to it. With the larger needles, it would have been too big. I've work diligently on closing all the holes that occur at the bottom of the fingers and thumb where the stitches are picked up. I also need to figure out how to block these gloves. I found this article for making mitten blockers and plan to convert it to glove blockers. I have all the ends sewn in and am ready to start the second glove.

How beautiful - i love the pattern and the colors. I'm sure they'll be appreciated.
