I've completed the front of the Ocean Lace cardigan and joined the shoulder seams. I ended up taking out the bind off row of the back (the shoulders and neck were just bound off in one row) and I then did a 3 needle bind off for the shoulders. I did a row of single crochet around the neck edge and along the shoulders on the inside to stabilize them. I found a very pretty version of this cardigan on Ravelry and asked the person who knitted it for advice. Going up a needle size very likely contributed to all of this flimsiness. Maybe I should have made a bigger size but with a smaller needle? I know some things I would do differently if I were to make this sweater again. I just have the sleeves left to do and I am hoping all will look better once it is blocked.

It looks nice even without the sleeves as you have done such a great job. Love the color.
